Refund policy

We offer a 14 day refund period for unused items from the day received it. You are responsible for shipping the item back to us. We will deduct the cost of the original shipping from your refund total. The machine must be unsed. 

Please call 1-888-883-8001 for a return authorization number before shipping item. All items will be inspected before refunds are issued. Unfortunately, we can not issue refunds for used machines. You must return the item with all of its original parts.

We will gladly help you with parts and support when things go wrong after your warranty has expired. We would like to keep every Tuft Love customer as a happy customer.

TUFTING WORKSHOPS:

We put a lot of love into keeping our workshops intimate and fully hands-on, which means every seat matters. To help us give all students the best experience possible, we ask that you keep the following in mind:

7-Day Notice Required If you need to cancel, please let us know at least 7 days before your scheduled workshop. This gives us the opportunity to offer your spot to another student on our waitlist.

Late Cancellations We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel within 7 days of your workshop, we're happy to offer you one complimentary reschedule. Because our classes are small by design, holding a spot means turning someone else away — we appreciate your understanding.
