I wish I could’ve got this tufting gun sooner. I’ve always had problems with my previous tufting guns but this gun (the spider) is a game changer. Besides loving the color-way, I like how easily it cuts my yarn. The handle feels smooth, the trigger button feels satisfying and overall, this gun is a 10/10.

Have had two cheap guns prior to this one and decided after 3 years it was time to treat myself. I spent hours debating between the new AK-V and the Spider and ultimately landed on the Spider due to the quality of the product and clear customer support available if I ever ran into an issue. It’s going great I had a scare with the machine once when it completely stoped but I put oil on the gun and it started back fine and I noticed it made a weird noise if I tryd to tuff to close together but other than that, the tufting gun has been working very well and I am very happy with my product

I’ve been tufting rugs for a few months using an Amazon bought tufting gun but man it was driving me absolutely insane. I really thought I was the problem lol but I didn’t go a day without hearing about this brand and gun so I finally took the plunge and invested in it and I couldn’t be happier! Absolutely love this tuft gun!!! It’s so smooth to use!! It’s easy to go over the same line more than once and doesn’t create holes in the fabric! Despite a larger needle if you have to unpick a mistake there are hardly any holes left in the tracks! Have also noticed it doesn’t punch bits of my monks cloth through to the front of my work 🤗 really really recommend this machine!!! I wish I had started with one of these. Yes they cost a bit more than some but in my opinion they are totally worth it!! And the warranty and customer service is a lovely addition too.
My old tufting machine was from Amazon, and it worked until the scissor went dull. I tried to replace them, but that only lead to more issues. So my only solution was to upgrade. I did some research and ended up getting 'The Spider' tufting gun. Shipping was a bit longer than expected, but only by a few days, and it did have to come to Canada. But after tufting two rugs, this machine has been great. It's smooth, not as noisy, and I feel like I have more control. Plus love that the gear is covered! Also the fact it comes with replacement scissors is awesome. My hands are smaller so the only thing that I had to adjust was the grip, but it is removable so no problem. All around a great tool! Very happy with my purchase.
