I really appreciate that both the Spider and the other product are of excellent quality. But the after-sales service is even more outstanding! Geoff always replies within one hour, helps me with technical issues, and gives priceless advice. I have never experienced this level of support before.

I could not find a piece for this big commission faster than anyone but Tuft Love, quality was perfect and customer service helped rush a replacement even though it was my fault I ordered the wrong size. Best company in the game hands down.

Great pricing for the amount of fabric you receive. First time trying it out and I'm satisfied. I do recommend leaving about 5 inches of extra fabric on all side of your frame, since the fabric frays at the edges if it's too close of a cut and can get loose along the way. Other than that no complains, highly recommended.

What can you say?! The cloth is very forgiving to mistakes, numerous times ive found that parts need removed as im a newbie and the cloth holds up to removing, then redoing over and over. By far some of the best cloth i e found as i e tried a few and this by gar is the BEST!!

My first rug! I used this fabric from Tuft Love and it held up extremely well. I had horrible technique and didn’t take time to stretch the fabric well, so I tore the fabric in multiple spots while aggressively learning tufting, but I just massaged the fabric a bit and the holes basically disappeared as the sturdy threads moved back into spot. It was strong enough I could tuft through the edges of where I did make small holes, and it held the yarn still, so after applying glue and a backing fabric at the end you would never guess I accidentally tore a few holes. On my 2nd rug I got the fabric much tighter on the frame and learned how to use the gun better, so it went super smoothly and I’ll definitely be ordering a bunch of more!

I’ll make a long story short, I purchased a gun off Amazon that was ( I thought) ok for about 2 weeks then it stopped working, I then purchased a cut pile spider gun from tuft - love and ups damaged my package and I emailed Geoff and within minutes he called me to correct what was ups error. He sent me a new gun before he even received the other one back! Honest guy, will definitely do business with him against. The gun has been AMAZING compared to that Amazon one I had. I will definitely always refer people who are looking for a tufting gun here. Thanks again
I purchased the cut pile starter kit. The picture is my 6 rug that I made! You’ll only learn when you fail that being said, I learned a lot. I have been very impressed with the tufting gun and everything else. The fabric cheap shipping is supper fast. I be buying more fabric for sure! Thank!!

I purchased the cut pile starter kit just before Christmas. I’ve now made three rugs. This video is of my second rug and the material is great! Very forgiving if you stretch it tight enough. I learned a lot of what not to do on my first rug. Lol. I have been very impressed with quality of everything in the kit. And especially the quality of the customer service. The power adapter that was sent with that originally did not work and you guys had called me back and had it ready for UPS to pick up in less than 12 hours. I plan on doing a lot of business with you in the future.
