Tufting Frame Specs
This sturdy frame built with 2" x 3" pieces of wood is a great starter tabletop frame. The frame is 4 feet long on the base (where you clamp to the table) and the internal dimensions of the frame are 31" W x 29" H. The frame has 2-yard guide eyelets installed.
***The frame requ ires light assembling you will need to screw the screws into the pilot holes with the tool provided. The frame comes with 2" x 3" clamps for attaching to the table and a tool kit.
Clamps are metal so be aware when clamping to the table.
REQUIRED to assemble: hammer ( to install carpet tack strips)

I can’t recommend this company enough. The quality of the gun is excellent, it’s sturdy, smooth, and easy to use, even for a beginner. But what really sets this purchase apart is the customer service. Geoff, the owner, is absolutely amazing, so friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He answered all my questions and made sure I felt confident about using my tufting gun. It’s rare to find that level of care these days, and it made the whole experience so much better.
This was a perfect tufting gun for me as a beginner. Never took classes before but all the videos on the YouTube page helped a lot.
Sorry it took me so long to write this, but I’ve been hard at work finishing up my first rug using the Tuft Love starter kit. Rug making has been something I’ve wanted to try for a while now and purchasing this kit gave me the jumpstart I needed. Geoff’s instructional videos were a great help during the process. First ever rug. It was very easy. Did I forget to mirror at first, yes. And did I cut a hole in the fabric while trimming, yes. But the machines works so good and easy for a first timer.
So far my wife loves the machine! After looking at the hand tutorials online she managed to get this going. Now we are just waiting on glue and this project will be complete for our toddler to enjoy!
Have had a wonderful experience with using my tufting gun from this kit with fast shipping and all the materials you need to get started. What I really wanted to highlight was the amazing customer service from tuft love! Ive had my kit for a bit now and hadnt had any technical issues until this point. Once I did I was able to reach out to the company and very quickly got a response from Geoff who took lots of time out of his day to show with videos how to replace the part I needed help with. Ive never had such great customer service and honestly would have been out of luck without his help diagnosing and fixing the problem. Id recommend anyone to purchase from this company and plan to make all my future tufting purchases from them as well :)
I am SO happy I chose to go with a family business and not Amazon etc for this purchase. I was hesitant to purchase more crafting stuff that I might not use out of fear of difficulty; However, between the kit being everything you need (aside from yarn) and coming with a through instruction manual and an entire channel of YouTube videos to guide you, I was able to do everything I wanted. This company wants you to succeed and have fun with rug tufting! I am also so happy I opted to get the frame because I couldn’t have done as good a job even though it seems very simple! 10/10 recommend
Love the gun but was missing a few pieces, seems like I’m missing the top screw to keep the grip from falling out while tufting, but the product is great itself l, wish it came in some type of case instead of just a box with tissue
My 10 year old son is using the tufting gun under my supervision. He wears goggles and closed shoes when tufting. He is practicing making lines and shapes. Curves are difficult but he is slowly getting better. He really likes using the tufting gun and keeps thinking of what else to make.
I do not have a finished picture of my project yet, since there was a problem with the clipper shipment. But I reached out, and they have the best customer service! They emailed me back the same day, and we have fixed the shipping problem. The whole reason I bought from this company was because of their customer service reviews; you can see how much they put into their business on the site! I really enjoyed working with the Golden Spider; it's very easy to use, and you get the quality you want! If you are on the fence about where to buy, stop here and buy from them!
Very nice. My first machine, if anything I wish the kit also came with even just a tiny amount of oil to add to the joints(some guides online make it seem imperative to oil your machine before every session). Accidentally punched some skin off by pressing the trigger and having my hand in the worst spot possible while rethreading so be careful! Compared to other tufting machines this one even seems to have extra plastic guards around the big cog and more electronic pieces which I very much appreciate. On the frame, I changed the location of the eye screws to something that seems to be less tension on the yarn and works better for me. The YouTube videos from tuft love were very helpful.
I’m pretty bad at it, but it’s my first rug so I wasn’t expecting too much. Trying to learn as I go and hopefully over time figure out where I went wrong. (Also why is carving so hard 😭)
I absolutely love my gun.!! The frame is nice and was easy to assemble. I’m not big on the fabric, but that could also be because of the way my frame is set up. (Not super ideal) I either need another table or I need to build legs for it. So I will be making some modifications! But overall. I love it!

brand new to tufting, it took me a minute and a little bit of troubleshooting to get the hang of it, but I feel like I'm already a pro! the gun is very quiet compared to others on the market, and it's very comfortable to hold. I learned that you can save your spare cut threads that accumulate and make latch hook rugs so there's absolutely no waste!
I love this gun.. I haven’t had any problems . I love the look and the performance is amazing .. my first gun was purchased from Amazon didn’t last long … This is my second gun and I wish I would have went to TuftLove first ..If your thinking of purchasing from them don’t think just do it… you won’t regret it…

I’ve been wanting to pick up this hobby for a while and nervous about buying a good tufting gun but I’m glad I chose to get it from Tuft Love.
the tuft gun is amazing! i love the colour, the build and the quality. Although the one of the grips for the tufting fabric was broken in half and the nails weren’t holding the fabric as tight as i would want to. The tufting fabric is great and will most likely be ordering more. Also Tuft Love has great customer service. Overall i’ve had a great time learning how to tuft and other than the broken grip, this is a good starter kit.
