Very nice tufting gun :)
Purchased the DLL & regular Spider while my tufting machine from *another brand* was out for repair. the motors on the Tuft Love machines are incredible! so smooth and FAST. The daddy long legs has a learning curve regarding the relationship between density and speed but it’s so fun to integrate the longer fibers into low-pile work! So happy i made the switch.
So much fun to be able to add extra dimension to my rugs. Easy to use and from what I’ve heard (I haven’t had to use it yet) the best customer service!

Made this Fortnite rug for my buddy’s son and the long pile rug really does a big Difference in 3D effects and sticking out of the regular pile tuft, I’m excited to make more rugs in the future using this gun. If you are a tufter this is definitely needed in your arsenal.

Great Tufting Gun! Fast when needed but very precise and accurate. I tried using 3 strands of yarn for the first time with this and it worked perfectly for my needs. I will always use three yarn bundles at a time. My next purchase will be a loop pile tufting gun(spider). Keep up the excellent work!
I was a disappointed at 1st because my new gun didn't seem to cut the yarn fully. Geoff was amazing and helped me sort it out and now it's tufting beautifully. He was so patient and great at explaining and sending videos on how to fix the issue. Thank you!!

I love this tufting gun. I find the high piling super satisfying to play with depth in a rug. The machine stitches abit more aggressively then my mk 2, but it works great! My reason for a 4 star review is how the product was delivered. It came just the machine in the box, there was bubble wrap but no kind of case for the machine itself to protect it. Mind you this is not in the description of the items, it seemed like something it could benefit from. My other concern I had was that the manual for the gun was lacking, it shows the basics but not any detailed instructions on things like replacing parts or adjusting your pile height. But the machine does everything i wanted it to. And it came with replacement scissors.

i am in love with this product and was happy to pay the extra to have it sent all the way to the UK, i needed some advice and Geoffrey the man himself responded quickly with a in depth guide on what i needed help with.. ill be come pack soon for the spider tufting gun as the quality of this machines parts is far superior to my old tufting gun i purchased from a different retailer (RIP)
This machine is wonderful. This is my second tufting machine and my first time with a long pile machine and it's glorious! My only issue is that the grip on the handle is baggy like it's one size too big. I would absolutely recommend this machine to anyone who wants to make some awesome, bold designs!
Hands down the nicest machines on the market, i am a newbie to this fun art and when i started looking into this machine, Geoff the owner and fellow tufter was OVER the top helpful and had no problem answering the many questions i had! This machine is top notch built, others will probably do the same but i guarantee will not hold up to the pounding these machines take! Geoff even goes out of his way to answer texts late night and on the weekends. You WONT be sorry if you manage to get one!!

This gun was a bit of a learning curve. I got yarn stuck in the side arm, jamming it before I could finish my piece. Geoffrey was more than accommodating as he walked me step-by-step on how to clear my gun. I am so grateful to have been able to speak to an actual person to quickly resolve my issue! This style of tufting takes a lot more yarn, but makes a really nice contrast. I’m very excited to see what more I can create as I grow in my skill set. Thanks again Geoff! Love the gun had to get use to using it. It does what it says its supposed to do. Unfortunately it did drop and the point broke off easily. I have dropped other guns and they are still going that is the only downfall is there needs to be a stronger metal used for the tips. But that didn't stop me from ordering another cause I know it said if it is dropped the warranty is off. It needs to be one of the spare parts sold cause I would have brought another one and replaced it. The gun is worth it like I said I brought another one.
